Our beautifully appointed Riverwood National Event Center accommodates 220 guests with a full service bar, 1000 square feet dance floor with room for a D.J., or band making this an ideal location to host company parties or wedding receptions. Our professional chef will prepare a wide variety of banquet meals, as well as buffet selections, from casual to formal, accommodating most price ranges. Our experienced banquet staff will work with you to customize any menu or beverage request you may have.

For our guests dining pleasure the entire indoor facility is smoke free—guests are welcome to use designated smoking areas outside the building.

High School and Youth Banquets are welcome. Contact us if you are planning an athletic, academic, theater and arts, or graduation banquet.

Holiday Parties and Corporate Events
Riverwood National Event Center is the perfect place to hold your holiday party. We also specialize in corporate banquets, employee awards and appreciation, and retirement banquets etc.

Guarantee
Your menu selection must be chosen at least 14 days prior to the event date. Your number of guests must be guaranteed at least 7 days prior to the event date. All billings will be based on the guarantee, or the actual number of guests served, if larger than the guarantee.

Banquet Hours
All functions must end by 12:00 A.M. All guests must clear the premises by 12:30 A.M. Including the parking lot.

Decorations and Displays
You may bring your own table decorations. Access to the banquet room for decorating is based on availability. Please check with our banquet manager to make arrangements. Riverwood National assumes no responsibility for any personal property that the patrons or their guests bring on the premises. Decorations must be approved by the banquet manager.

Room Rental Fees and Deposit
Riverwood will provide the room set-up, bartenders, chairs, tables and room clean-up as part of the rental agreement. Guests are not allowed to gather in the parking lot or go onto the golf course.

Food and Beverage Regulations
Food and beverages may not be brought onto the premises, with the exception of bakery prepared cakes. Our staff will cut and serve your cake for a fee of $.50 per guest. (optional)

Deposit
50% of estimated room rental, food and beverage is due 30 days prior to event date.

A $200.00 damage deposit is due at time of booking. Riverwood National’s inspection will certify that Client or any guests at the function have damaged nothing. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover damages, patron shall reimburse Riverwood National Golf Course for any additional expense, which will be determined by Riverwood National Golf Course.
